He holds advanced degrees in Islamic Law, Islamic Studies, and comparative legal and ethical studies, giving him a broad understanding of religious scholarship and cultural contexts. He has served as an imam, educator, and mentor across various communities and educational institutions. Dr. El-Badawi’s work focuses on helping individuals and families through spiritual counseling and ethical guidance rooted in Islamic tradition. Within the Islamic Tribunal, Dr. El-Badawi’s role is entirely pastoral and advisory, offering non-binding religious insights while respecting all state and federal laws.
